Fast and Furious කතා මාලාවේ පස් වන කතාව තමා Fast Five (2011) කියන්නේ. මීට කලින් The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift (2006) චිත්රපටිය හා Fast & Furious (2009) චිත්රපටිය අධ්යක්ෂණය කරපු Justin Lin තමා මේක අධ්යක්ෂණය කරලා තියෙන්නේ. කලින් චිත්රපටි වල රංගනයෙන් දායකත්වය දුන් Vin Diesel, Paul Walker ආදී නළු නිළියක් රැසක් මේකෙත් දායකත්වය දෙනවා. ඒ වගේම පලමු වන වරට Fast and Furious කතා මාලාවට සුපිරි නළුවෙක් වන Dwayne Johnson මේ චිත්රපටියෙන් සම්බන්ධ වෙනවා.
